Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee. Heating is not included in the rental rate and must be requested in advance. During cooler weather, water temperature varies with outdoor conditions. Heating takes time and a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Guests who bring an unauthorized pet onto the property may be charged an additional cleaning/remediation fee and may be responsible for any pet-related damage, additional cleaning, or other costs as permitted by the rental agreement and booking platform.
