This is an Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa exclusive rental home which includes all the amenities that Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa has to offer as well as all the amenities offered at The Galena Territory Owners Club. Unlike the other VRBO rentals, guests receive full resort and owners club access, lowest prices on golf and much more. Enjoy the Indoor/Outdoor pools, Game Room, Fitness Center, Indoor/Outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts. Pickleball courts and more.

High Speed Fiber Optic Internet The North Ridge Townhomes are perched on a spectacular wooded hillside with long views, overlooking the 17th hole on the Eagle Ridge North Golf Course.
This villa is located in the heart of the Resort, near the scenic “Lookout” and extensive hiking trail system of The Galena Territory, and are within walking distance to the recreational amenities that abound at Eagle Ridge. The North Ridge villas feature a gas or wood burning fireplace, open living/dining areas and a lower-level great room with a sleeper sofa.. There are two decks – one that affords you magnificent views of the golf course and rolling landscape of The Galena Territory and the second semi-private deck located off of the master bedroom overlooking a mature forest – truly nature at its finest!
Effective 2015, not all of our villas are allowed to have grills, and unfortunately, this unit is one of them. Due to the rules of the association, if the villa does not have a grill onsite, you may not bring your own and Eagle Ridge will not provide one for you.
