House Rules: We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, here are a few simple guidelines.

✔ Guests must be 21 years or older to book the cabin.

✔ In compliance with local laws and regulations, no parties or extra guests are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

✔ For the health and comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed. Smoking inside will result in a minimum $1,000 fee to remediate odor and damage.

✔ As much as we love our furry children, there are no pets allowed at the cabin. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and immediate removal from the property.

✔ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to respect the peaceful mountain setting and neighbors.

✔ Children must be supervised at all times while at the cabin. This includes around the fireplaces and hot tub areas.

✔ There are bears that live in Tennessee. You may see one during your travels in the Smoky Mountains. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. We want them to remain in nature away from humans and not feeding them helps accomplish that. Keep your car doors locked at all times and do not keep food in your car. The bears know how to open car doors.

✔ If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub.

✔ Do not burn anything in either of the fire pits. Do not tamper with the fire rocks.

✔ The indoor fireplace runs on propane and available for use October through March.

✔ Private parking for up to 3 vehicles.

✔There is a bear proof bin that the trash cans are in. Please place your trash in the cans, inside the bin.

✔ The house is on well water so we suggest bringing your own drinking water.

✔ At our home, you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional but our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4, 6 or 8 legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times.

✔ The cabin is accessed via a paved mountain road, which may include steep sections. 4-wheel drive is recommended but not required for experienced drivers.

✔ We can not control the weather in the Smoky Mountains. If you have weather concerns, please be sure to purchase travel insurance.

✔ We provide starter essentials to make your stay comfortable, including Keurig coffee pods, creamers, tea bags, sweeteners, basic spices, as well as corn and olive oil. Cleaning supplies are also provided, such as hand soap, dish and laundry detergents, paper towels, a sponge, garbage bags, and other basic items. In the bathroom, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, cotton pads, and of course toilet paper. We aim to make your stay as easy and worry-free as possible, but for longer stays, if you run out of these starter items, we kindly ask that you purchase any additional supplies needed.

✔ Decor depicted in the photos may be updated or changed from time to time as we update small items.

✔ Food and drinks in photos does not come with your stay.

✔ There is a security camera facing the parking area of the cabin. This is for safety purposes only. There are no cameras in the cabin. Please do not tamper with the security camera.

✔ A locked owner’s closets (mechanical rooms) are located on-site—please do not tamper with them.

✔ No nail glue, super glue, epoxy, or any other permanent adhesive may be used inside the home.

✔ Glitter and confetti are not permitted anywhere on the property due to the extensive cleanup required. Also, if any signs are hung, use ONLY blue “Painter’s Tape”.

✔ Please treat our home as you would treat your own home.
