Situated on the 4th floor of a beautifully renovated historical Prague building (with elevator), the apartment offers comfort, style, and unbeatable access to everything the city has to offer.
Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. One full bathroom with shower and an extra separate toilet for added convenience. Spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen corner with all essentials including stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils – perfect for preparing meals at home. Good speed Wi-Fi and a dining area for work or relaxing evenings
Klimentská Street places you right between the historic Old Town and the vibrant district of Karlín, making it an excellent base to experience both the cultural treasures and modern lifestyle of Prague. From here, you are just a short stroll to the Republic Square with the grand Municipal House, the Palladium shopping center, and easy tram and metro connections to all parts of the city.
The area offers a rich blend of history and convenience. Within walking distance, you can visit the Powder Tower, wander the cobbled lanes of the Old Town, or cross the river to reach Karlín’s trendy cafés and bistros. The Vltava embankment is just around the corner, perfect for evening walks with views of Prague Castle.

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.
* No Parties or Events: The apartment is located in a residential building and is intended for quiet stays. It is best suited to couples, families, or business travellers.
* Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
* Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Late Check-in
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals outside our standard check-in hours:
* €20 for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm
* €30 for arrivals after 10:00 pm
The fee is payable in cash to the representative who welcomes you upon arrival.
