Welcome to Seattle! We are thrilled to host you in our newly renovated, spacious 1,500 sq. ft. home. Located in one of Tukwila’s safest and quietest neighborhoods, you’ll be just minutes from major transit hubs (light rail & bus stations) and SeaTac Airport. Whether you're here to explore the city, visit the University of Washington, or head out on a cruise, our home offers the perfect home base.

We take great pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean and safe space for our guests.

I live in the separate basement unit downstairs and am always happy to help. My co-host, Julia, also lives just down the street, so we are nearby if you need anything at all to feel right at home!

• Keyless Entry: To unlock, enter the keypad code on the keypad and press the check button (bottom right). The check button will flash green, and you’ll hear the motor run. To lock when you leave, simply press the check button at the bottom right of the keypad.
• Room Security: Each room is equipped with a physical key. Please return it to the lock handle upon checkout. A $25 fee will apply for any unreturned or missing keys.
• Complimentary: Coffee & tea, drinkware, dishes, and cutlery are at the beverage station in the kitchen.
• Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the cooktop, microwave, and fridge for light meal prep.

1. ID verification: For security purposes and to honor our insurance requirements, the primary guest must provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the booking upon arrival/check-in.
2. Plumbing Care: Please do not put ANYTHING in the toilet except the “provided toilet paper”.
3. Strict Non-Smoking Property: No smoking or vaping of any substances inside the house. This is a strict non-smoking property.
4. Weapons: No concealed weapons are permitted on the property.
5. Pets: No pets allowed at this time.
6. No Parties: Large gatherings, events, or parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
7. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
8. Check-in/Check-out: Early check-ins or late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to a standard fee of $50/hour, depending on scheduling availability.
9. Footwear: We kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the entrance and place them on the shoe rack provided.
10. Check-out Chores: Before you leave, please place all used towels in the bathroom hamper.
11. Please send us a message once you have finished checking out.
