Can I use the hot tub?
Of course! Just reserve your time slot at the front desk, where they’ll give you all the instructions. It’s one of the most popular areas in the building.

Is there a laundry service?
Yes. Since this is an aparthotel, we have laundry facilities available; just ask at the front desk. There’s an additional fee that you pay directly there.

Is the apartment cleaned regularly?
Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. The apartment is cleaned every day; if you’d prefer that the cleaning staff not come in on a particular day, simply leave a note on the door.
