Located in a quiet area, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes by car from the city center, it combines design, comfort and practicality for a peaceful stay in Metz.PGJyPg
Studio La Parenthèse Messine (about 25 m²) has been designed as a real haven of peace:
• A functional entrance with a cupboard for your belongings,
• A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet,
• A bright living room with a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen.
• A comfortable sofa bed that is easy to unfold: just pull the tab to transform it into a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a mattress with a thickness of 18 centimetres.
• A private terrace.
As you enter the apartment, you will discover an entrance.
Opposite you is the bathroom, while to the left of the entrance is the living room, a convivial space that serves as a living room, kitchen and bedroom at the same time.
From this room, you will have direct access to the private terrace, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, complete crockery and utensils — everything you need to cook like at home.
Wi-Fi (very high speed fiber) is included,
The password to connect to the WiFi for free will be provided.
The living room is equipped with a TV connected to a Google TV (not equipped with a TV box - possibility to connect to Netflix, YouTube, Molotov TV, Canal+ Play with your login details).
You will also find:
• a combined washer/dryer
• a hair dryer
• an iron and ironing board

A private and designated parking space is available at the back of the residence, providing convenient parking for the duration of your stay.
A closed and secure bicycle storage room is located also on site in the basement to store your personal bikes or scooters.
The accommodations are NON-SMOKING, we kindly ask you to respect this rule. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the terrace, where an ashtray is provided for this purpose.
Parties and parties are also strictly PROHIBITED.
Film shooting is strictly forbidden under penalty of legal proceedings.
Please take out your garbage before you leave.
Dishes used during your stay must be cleaned and put away before you leave.
Please also inquire the exact number of guests at the time of your booking request.
The towels used must be in the basket in the bathroom.
It is not allowed to invite other people into the apartment.
Check-in is BETWEEN 4pm and 10pm (4PM to 10PM).
Check-out before 11am (11AM)
Any check-in outside these time slots will only be if we have been notified without our consent to a You will be charged an additional €90.
Similarly, for Check-out it is done BEFORE
11am (11AM) without prior agreement for a late checkout on our part a sum of 90€ will be charged.
