Holiday home Bohemien Resort no. 36 in Sint Maartenszee is a comfortable and well-maintained holiday home in North Holland, located a short distance from the beach and dunes. An ideal place for a relaxing seaside holiday.
The bright living room with a cosy seating area and television flows into the dining area with seating for 6 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and hob with extractor hood, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.
Adjacent is the modern conservatory (2024), where you can enjoy peace and comfort all year round. Through the sliding doors you reach the sunny south-facing terrace with awning – perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
On the ground floor you will also find a renovated bathroom (2024) with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also an additional toilet with washbasin.
The holiday home is located in a quiet area near the dunes of Sint Maartenszee, ideal for walking and cycling towards places such as Callantsoog and Petten. Parking is available directly at the house.

The dunes and beach are ideal for walking, cycling and enjoying nature. Nearby towns such as Callantsoog and Petten are easily accessible.
