The walk-up community offers easy access throughout the property, while on-site maintenance helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
These thoughtfully designed units feature spacious open-concept layouts with modern finishes, wood-style flooring, and abundant natural light. Each home includes a fully equipped kitchen with sleek countertops and black appliances, comfortable bedrooms with ample closet space, and stylish living areas perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Contemporary furnishings, neutral tones, and functional layouts create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.

**Pet Policy**
* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit
**Community Guidelines**
* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
