Cosy single-family house "Noce". 300 m from the centre, 22 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 5.1 km, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 3 km. Riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Ein schönes sauberes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Der Pool ist neu angelegt und mit seiner Lage zwischen Olivenbäumen ein absoluter Traum. Der kleine Ort Krnica hat einen kleinen Supermarkt für die tägliche Versorgung, einen Bäcker und drei Restaurants. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und werden sicher wiederkommen.
