About this house rental
Manatee Springs is perfect for your journey to relaxation and fun in Bonita Springs. Inside this newly listed rental, each room is newly furnished & painted. Guests will find five bedrooms and an office space. There is 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, and 4 twin beds (one set being bunk beds). The additional office space features a cozy queen sofa bed, ideal for extra guests, children or a quiet work spot. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other a shower and bath combo making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Enjoy our beautiful, light and airy kitchen to prepare meals with your friends and family. You can relax with your coffee on the back balcony overlooking the pool and canal. With air conditioning and heating on both levels, the house stays comfortable year-round. The house has a large private pool and hot tub combination as well as a dock and huge paved patio to sit outside and enjoy the view and weather. There is a large outdoor sectional with two tables & two end tables that are also coolers. There is additional seats around the pool to relax in. If you are lucky, Dolphins and particularly Manatees can be found swimming in the canal. We are located 15 minutes by car to multiple beaches, 25 minutes to Naples, 5 minutes from Coconut Mall and grocery shopping. There are a variety of nearby local restaurants just waiting for you to try their delicious options. This amazing home invites guests to relax and create lasting memories. If I could give this home more than five stars, I would.We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes over the years, and this was hands down our favorite. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like a rental and more like someone’s beautifully designed home. The furniture, décor, and overall vibes were incredible—every detail was thought of, and you could tell the owners truly care about creating a great experience for their guests.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and then some). It was one of those places where we never found ourselves saying, “I wish they had...” Outside was just as amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after spending the morning at the beach, which was only about 20 minutes away. The dock was great and it made the property feel even more special. Our girls even saw manatees on 2 of the days we were there. We traveled with our family, including multiple teenagers. Everyone had their own space when they wanted it, but there were also plenty of comfortable areas where we could all spend time together. Our girls had the most amazing week, and those are memories we’ll cherish forever.This is one of the few places we’ve stayed where we were already planning to come back before our vacation was even over. We fully intend to return next year and hopefully years after that.If you’re traveling with a larger family or a group, don’t hesitate to book this home. You won’t be disappointed.
