This cozy 63m2 summer house is located about 850m from Marielyst center, shopping opportunities and restaurants and only 285m from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The summer house is cozy. In the living room there is a TV with chromecast and wireless internet, as well as a double bed on the sofa bed. In the cozy conservatory there is a dining table and a sofa group. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a coffee machine, electric stove with oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. In the hallway there is a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a double bed in the house and a double bed in the annex. In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink and shower and underfloor heating. On cozy and warm evenings you can sit under the covered terrace and cook dinner on the charcoal grill, or just lie on the sun loungers and relax completely. The summer house is located on a large natural plot with trees of 916m2, so there is plenty of space for games and ball games. Not available for rent to Youth Groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
