The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, cookware and crockery, perfect for short or long stays with complete self-catering facilities.

Cosy and quiet, featuring a comfortable double bed, ideal for ensuring a restful night’s sleep and maximum comfort.

Functional and well-organised, complete with shower, bidet and toilet, as well as all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Furnished balcony with stunning sea views, perfect for relaxing, having breakfast al fresco or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
🏊 Communal areas
Guests have access to the shared swimming pool, gym and sauna. The swimming pool and sauna are open from 15 June to 18 September, from 09:30 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 20:00.
Swimming caps are compulsory, and bookings are required for the wellness and relaxation sauna.
📍 Location
Situated in a quiet area of Alassio, just a few minutes from the beaches and close to the tennis club. A regular bus service is available with two stops in the town or at the beach; the ‘Mulattiera’ route takes you to the town centre in 15 minutes.
In accordance with Article 109 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.
The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.
Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
Security deposit for any damage
To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.
The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.
If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
