Charming stone village house, it remains cool during the hot weather.
You will enjoy a terrace with a barbecue available, a small garden with trees with a terrace benefiting from a different exposure than the first terrace.
The house is in the heart of the small village and the banks of the Loire are 5 minutes away by car.
You can discover the Evre Valley by canoe, kayak or paddle (7 minutes by car) and the Petite Cité de Caractère of Saint Florent Le Vieil (8 minutes by car) .
1 hour 30 minutes from the beaches of the Atlantic coast.
The accommodation
Renovated old house.
On the first floor:
Kitchen equipped with:
- oven,
- ceramic hob,
- microwave, toaster,
- dishwasher,
- coffee maker (ground coffee)
- fridge/freezer
Living room: TV with fiber channel.
Veranda (with access to the terrace and garden) and toilets
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A large bedroom with curtain divider and 2 single beds
- Bathroom with sink and bathtub equipped with a shower head
An extra bed is possible on request (extra charge)
In the accommodation you will find:
- steam generator, ironing board
- washing machine
In the garden:
- outdoor table and chairs
- garden furniture, 2 deckchairs
- barbecue
Bed linen NOT PROVIDED (except on request with an extra charge of 5€ per bed and 3€ per person for the toilet lanyard).
Pets are allowed with an extra charge of €5 per stay per pet.
Traveler access
Parking is usually available in front of the house, on the street. Parking is also available a few meters away.
