*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate; Reservations from 15 nights will be charged according to consumption.
**A deposit of R$ 500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains, and closets.
