For shared use: swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. and 31.Oct.). Very steep motor access to the house. (90 steps). Supermarket, restaurant, bar, bakery 500 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Blanes" 15 km, sandy beach "Playa Tossa de Mar" 800 m, diving center 1 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km, cycle lane 200 m. Nearby attractions: Waterworld 11 km, Marineland 17 km, Jardín Botánico Marimurtra 13 km, Jardín Botánico Pinya de Rosa 11 km.
