Perfect place for small children. The backyard amenities were great. The neighbors were very friendly. The downstairs tenant was barely noticeable. This stay was great. About 25 mins away from Howard University.

Overall the host was very responsive. Location was great and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable but it was advertised as 3 kings but it was actually 2 kings and 1 queen. The main floor bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder and a towel holder which would have made the small bathroom more functional. The front door wasn’t even locked/shut when we arrived as the frame is cracked and very difficult to lock. While we knew there was a downstairs neighbor, that person decided to play music until 4 am one night and everyone sleeping in the downstairs bedroom couldn’t sleep. The dishwasher is also concerning as it isn’t installed properly and angles out and could injure small children if nearby when opening. The rug in the living could stand to be replaced as it’s rolling up on the edges and nearly everyone tripped on it. Smoke alarms went off twice for no reason - including once in the middle of the night.
