Welcome to Luau I 6903, a beautiful 9th-floor, south-facing one-bedroom condo in SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort, professionally hosted by Skis and Seas Vacation Rentals. This inviting beach retreat features fabulous Gulf views, a spacious private balcony, full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary resort tram access.
Guests love the easy 5–6 minute walk to the sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast and the convenient location near the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort and Beach House restaurant. The condo's south-facing position provides fantastic natural light and sweeping Gulf views, making the balcony the perfect place to relax with morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.
Inside, the condo comfortably sleeps guests with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, making it ideal for couples or small families. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker for easy meals during your stay. Additional features include two Roku TVs (log into your own streaming accounts), central heating and air, keyless entry, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

• HOA quiet hours, wristband requirements, and parking rules apply
• We reserve the right to decline bookings based on stay length or calendar gaps
