Set on nearly half an acre, this spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open layout perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals, while the comfortable living spaces make it easy to feel at home. Outside, enjoy the large patio and oversized backyard after a day of travel or exploring the area. Perfect for vacations or extended stays!

- The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- Feminine products and wet wipes should not be flushed to avoid plumbing issues and possible additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please not pups on the furniture or beds.
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Due to bears in the area, all trash must be securely bagged and tied.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.
