About this house rental
With its stunning linden tree at the entrance to the property and its tree-lined garden, this charming family vacation home offers the perfect setting for peaceful getaways with family or friends. You’ll love the peaceful surroundings, while still being just a stone’s throw from shops and beautiful sandy beaches.
Enjoy the balmy summer evenings and all the activities just minutes away: swimming, paddleboarding, hiking, horseback riding, the local market, or lively pedestrian evenings featuring live music.
Ideally located, the house is close to all shops, just 5 minutes from the sandy beach at Calzarellu and 15 minutes from mountain activities.
The house is laid out as follows:
entrance to the porch, small terrace with 2 armchairs, a table, and 1 bench.
Entryway: storage
Air-conditioned living room (reversible AC) with seating area: 1 fixed sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 TV—Wi-Fi, bookshelf, storage cabinet, dining table. Fireplace with insert (not available for guests).
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, electric drawer oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer…
Pantry: storage, deep fryer, beverage fridge, door leading to the back of the house
Laundry room: washing machine, storage with cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, drying rack…
