About this apartment rental
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. It is a rare end unit on the SECOND FLOOR (two sets of stairs) which allows for an extra porch and more windows. We try to equip the condo with things that would make our own family vacations easier, so you will find plenty of coffee, spices, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and detergent, cable TV and WiFi internet.
A cleaning fee of $150 per stay will be charged. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
This condo is 2 (TWO) stories - 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 LOFT bedroom upstairs. It features vaulted ceilings in the living area leading to a screened-in porch overlooking Lake Taneycomo.
GENERAL
-Cable TV and internet with WiFi.
-Large flat screen smart TVs in the living area and additional TVs in all 3 of the bedrooms.
-Convenient and safe access at the entry door using a keypad lock.
MASTER BEDROOM & MASTER BATHROOM
The master bedroom features a king bed with comfortable mattress, a flat screen TV with cable, a walk-in closet and direct entry to the master bathroom.
The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, shampoo, bath soap, a double sink vanity, hand soap, towels and toilet paper.
2ND BEDROOM
The second bedroom features a king bed with comfortable mattress, a flat screen TV with cable and a closet. This bedroom uses the hall bathroom, which is just outside the door. It has a tub/shower, bath soap, shampoo, a single sink, hand soap, towels and toilet paper.
3RD BEDROOM
The third bedroom is in the upstairs loft and is open to the living area downstairs. It features a queen bed with comfortable mattress, smart TV, a closet, and direct entry to a bathroom with a tub/shower and all the amenities. There is an office desk and chair by the windows overlooking the lake.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area and contains dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is right off the kitchen and features a full-size washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you to use during your stay.
DINING AREA
The dining area is open to the kitchen and living spaces and features a dining table and chairs for 6 guests. A door leads to a second porch/outdoor seating area with a table and 4 chairs. There are also 2 barstools.
OUTSIDE DECKS
There is a screened-in outside deck off the living area which has a wooded view, directly overlooking the banks of Lake Taneycomo. A second, open-air deck is located directly off the dining area.
PROPERTY AMENITIES
The condo is at Pointe Royale, which is a premier gated golf village.
The property features:
-Use of our Guest Access Card to access the Pointe Royale amenities and owner side of the entrance gate (please make sure to not take the card with you, as they cost to replace).
-Indoor pool (heated, open all year from 10am to 11pm).
-Outdoor hot tub (age restrictions, open all year from 10am to 11pm).
-Outdoor main pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10am to 11pm).
-Outdoor secondary pool (open in the summer from 10am to 11pm, in the northwest area called Avondale).
-Clubhouse, with bar and excellent grill restaurant.
-Gated and secure access, staffed 24/7.
-18 hole championship golf course, with pro-shop. Guests receive a green fee discount - contact host for information.

You will have convenient access to the Branson attractions, and still be far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax.

The views of the water from the patio were stunning! Overall, we really enjoyed the space. The kids used the indoor pool and basketball court a few times. A few recommendations would be to ensure the blinds are dusted (master bedroom was pretty dusty), add ice cube trays, and a couple more kitchen towels and washcloths for longer stays. We also didn't see anywhere in the listing to bring our own towels for the pool (it does say this in the book upon arrival but that didn't help us), so we had to purchase some beach towels at Walmart. The beds were very comfortable, the owners were really responsive when I reached out. With a few minor tweaks, I'd rate it 5s across the board. We'd definitely stay again and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

The amenities card did not work. The parking gate card did not work. There was some evident miscommunication between the owner and the property management. it did not feel very clean. The carpet was very nasty.The bed comforter was dirty. there were no pods for the dishwasher. There were no dish rags to wash the dishes. There were only thin dish towels. But there is plenty of room. The air conditioner worked well and the screened in porch is very nice with the two wooden rockers.
