The inviting living area serves as the perfect central hub, offering comfortable seating arranged around a large flat-screen TV. Featuring an in-ground heated pool that overlooks the Gulf, it’s easy to see why this will be a primary gathering space for your group. The pool can be heated or chilled to your preferred temperature ensuring a comfortable swim year-round. For the sun worshipers, there are plenty of chaise lounges for laying out on the spacious pool deck. When you’ve had enough sun, retreat to the covered back porch with comfortable seating options.
The most unique feature of this home is the private boat dock that stretches out from the back of the property. The dock is perfect for keeping your boat or boat rental right in your back yard during your vacation. The size of the boat being docked here is restricted to a shallow draft, 21-foot maximum length. The boat dock includes a fish cleaning station, power, and water. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the pool or a day on the boat.
