Charming lakeside home with all the amenities. A spectacular kitchen for cooking enthusiasts, a natural pool, a gorgeous and very spacious social area, and very spacious rooms with private bathrooms—all with lake views and their own private balcony or terrace.

Spectacular, brand-new lakeside property with a beautiful view surrounded by nature, where you can spot many birds, ducks, and parrots, and enjoy a star-filled sky at night. The house can accommodate 24 people. The house is very spacious: it features 6 very large bedrooms, each with 2 beds and its own spacious private bathroom, all with views of the reservoir and a private balcony or terrace. It has a 100 m² living/dining area with a separate, fully equipped 35 m² kitchen, including a professional pizza oven, a smart oven, a grill, a smart stove, and an industrial stove with both a side-by-side and upright refrigerator. The house has a beautiful natural pool fed by fresh spring water from the property itself, perfect for cooling off from the heat after swimming in the warm waters of the reservoir. It also features a gazebo and two spacious terraces with panoramic views of the property. It’s a brand-new house with all the amenities you need. Come discover Colombia’s “inland sea” and stay in a beautiful house just 20 minutes from the port.
Guest access:
You have access to all areas of the house, including the kitchen, pool, living area, gazebo, terraces, balconies, and garden.
Other highlights:
We recommend bringing all the food you’ll need for your stay, as there’s no store at the reservoir. You can do your grocery shopping in the town of Prado before heading to the dam’s dock, or better yet, bring your favorite foods from home. We recommend bringing sunscreen and bug spray. The house is only accessible by boat. You can leave your vehicle in the port parking lot, which is a very secure area with 24-hour surveillance, and hire a boat at the dock to take you to the village of El Caimán. The house has internet access; however, the signal may be intermittent due to inclement weather or power outages. The house also has an emergency generator.
