Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² house in Quettreville-sur-Sienne to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room with a TV, two sofas and a fireplace.
- A kitchen opening onto a dining area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC.
1ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds.
- A shower room with shower.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 25 m² terrace accessible directly from the kitchen.
- An enclosed south-facing garden of 600 m², with furniture available (deckchairs, garden furniture, hammock) to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Quettreville-sur-Sienne, in very quiet and pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Beaches approx. 6.5 km away.
- Granville 20 km away
- The islands of Jersey and Guernsey can be reached by jetty from Granville.
- Mont-Saint-Michel 60 km away.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private courtyard. For up to 4 cars and all types of vehicles.
