Sitting Room – Three-seater L shaped sofa facing a fireplace containing a high quality flame imitation electric log burner and large wall mounted Smart TV above. There is also a dining table with two matching chairs.
Kitchen – Large butler’s style sink, electric oven with twin induction hobs, full sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Grind (pod) coffee machine and washer dryer.
Gate Keepers Bedroom – King-sized bed with a bedside table, reading lamps and built in cupboard.
En-suite Shower-room – Walk-in waterfall power-shower, hand-basin and lavatory.

Parking Area – In front of the Lodge is a large off-street parking area.
Garden Terrace – Cut into the surrounding woodland is a landscaped terraced garden enveloped by natural vegetation.
Hot Tub – An electric two-person insulated spa hot tub that heats and bubbles with the touch of a button for hassle-free and immersive relaxation (included in booking price).
Private Country Estate – The Lodge has immediate access to the private Langham Hall Estate which can trace its history back to 1086. There are five hundred acres of fine walks, equestrian paddocks, unparalleled views of the Dedham Vale and optional extra country activities including: a 4x4 estate tour, riding, clay shooting experiences and fishing. The Estate Office and Langham Church in the middle of the estate are captured in John Constable’s ‘Glebe Farm’ painting from 1830.
