The apartment is located on the first floor of the main entrance, accessible via a staircase. Thanks to the unique layout of the village, the view on the opposite side is from a second floor, offering greater brightness and pleasant views. The Pianotta and Rossa beaches are just a few meters away on foot, but this stretch of coast offers numerous other beaches, including Barbarossa, Reale, and Terra Nera. The sandy beaches of Capoliveri, perfect for families with children, are also just a few kilometers away, including Lido Beach, just 4 km away.

Welcoming, elegant, and meticulously designed, the apartment combines the charm of traditional seaside houses with a modern and relaxing style. The bright and well-designed interiors revolve around a beautiful living area in shades of blue that evoke the sea and the island atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed, a large TV, and a modern kitchen equipped with an induction stovetop, creating the perfect environment for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The sleeping area includes a curtained-off area with a queen-size bed, a hallway with a single bed, and the possibility of additional beds in the living area.

- Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set (also for single use) and €20 for a single set (request at time of booking). Not bookable on site
