*Use of the pool is limited to registered guests at the home, no additional guests or day visitors are permitted.



INDOOR LIVING: Luxury furnishings w/ beach décor, gourmet kitchen, basement game room with PS5, foosball, arcade games, Smart TV, gym with free weights, peloton, and sauna

OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 porches, hot tub (private to home), portable gas firepit

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee maker, kettle, and blender.

GENERAL: Linens/towels (give or take 8 beach towels), free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C

PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), free street parking



Note: The pool is typically open from the start of Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend. The pool is for registered guests at the home (no outside guests please).



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 12 people

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need additional space for your large group

- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
