Cocoonr agency offers this charming single-storey 130 m² house with swimming pool for rent on the Golf de Moliets-et-Maa. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with two sofas and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be joined together
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds that can be joined together
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- A 10x5 m swimming pool, private, unheated (can be heated on request for an extra charge) and secured by an electric shutter. Deckchairs are available all around. Open from May to August. On request outside this period.
- An enclosed, south-facing garden of 1,000 m².
- A 200 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located on the Moliets-et-Maa golf course, just a 3-minute walk from the country club, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Chênes Lièges beach 5 minutes' drive away
- Courant d'Huchet nature reserve, 11 km away
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
- Surfing lessons approx. 2 km away
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available in front of the house.

- Cycle paths throughout the commune and direct access to the Vélodysée
- Nearest train station: Dax station, approx. 38 km away
- Nearest airport: Biarritz-Pays Basque airport, approx. 78 km away
