Cocoonr offers you this charming 46 m² house to rent in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a pretty 31 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room (with shower and toilet), a linen room (with dressing room and wash-hand basin) and a garden of around 110 m².
Possibility of a second bedroom.
The accommodation comprises
- A 31 m² living room with a sitting area. This can be separated by a curtain to form a sleeping area with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed (140x190).
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Linen room (with washbasin and dressing area)
First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) opening onto a 10 m² balcony.
Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace overlooking a 110 m² private enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activity :
- Accommodation near the Ruet, Rocher Plat and Vauvert beaches
- Enjoy Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer's 12 beaches, as well as its island, which is accessible on foot at low tide
- Take advantage of the coastal paths that run along several kilometres of coastline
