House Rules:

Pets: Pets are allowed for a $25 per pet/per night fee. Though, we too are animal lovers, bringing pets is discouraged simply for the fact that the property isn't exactly pet friendly. This property is a raised home and though there is siding, it is possible for a pet to crawl under there. There is a fence, but the fence located in the front is a decorative fence, not a privacy one. An animal could potentially escape. We are not responsible for lost animals.

Smoking:
This is non-smoking home. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please dispose of the cigarette ends in the trash.

Illegal Drugs:
There are no illegal substances allowed on property. Note, marijuana is still illegal in Texas.

Alcohol:
Alcohol is allowed on property and can be enjoyed inside the home or in the backyard by those of legal drinking age. Alcohol is legal to be consumed throughout the east end and downtown districts while walking only. Enjoy the walk from the home to the downtown strand with a beer in hand. Walk and drink responsibly and at your own risk.

Trash:
Trash runs on Thursday unless it is a holiday week. Then it will run on Friday. If you are visiting 7 days or longer, please take your trash to the back alley. This is for your benefit as well. You don't want bugs joining you on your stay.

Parties:
This is a NO party house. There are to be no parties in the home or on the property. Thank you so much for respecting this historic home.
