About this house rental
Welcome to "Station Street Beach Retreat" right in the middle of old town with a rooftop terrace and private pool! This is a brand NEW listing hosted by Travel Well Properties.

🌞 One of the only homes in Port A with a rooftop terrace with ocean views!
🌞 GREAT Location in the heart of Old Town: Walk to all of the best restaurants and bars
🌞 2 min walk to Blue Water Cowboy, La Playa & Venetian Hot Plate
🌞 Golf Cart Zone: 2-4 minute golf cart ride to the beach
🌞Three Bedrooms: Two with king beds and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed plus bunk bed (twin over queen with twin trundle bed)

You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time.
We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is parking for three cars OR two cars and a golf cart. Please note one of the spots is two cars long so cars will have to park one behind the other for the longer spot. There is one more spot facing the street.
Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console.
Trash: Trash comes every Monday and Thursday. If you are at the house on Sunday or Wednesday
evening, please take the can to the curb.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
