Set in a charming former watermill, this warm and welcoming large holiday home is ideal for families, groups, retreats, workshops, seminars, or gatherings with friends.
The property features a spacious reception room and a professional kitchen, making it perfectly suited for organizing events and group stays.
The accommodation includes two dormitories, several shower rooms and toilets, as well as a self-contained apartment with one double bedroom and a second bedroom with four single beds. The apartment is located within the same building but has its own separate entrance, providing additional privacy.
Surrounded by nature, this peaceful setting invites guests to relax, reconnect, and enjoy simple moments together. Whether you are planning a countryside getaway, a creative retreat, a sporting event, or a wellness stay, you will enjoy an authentic and inspiring environment, ideal for both relaxation and meaningful connections.

The charm of the old mill, the generous living spaces, the professional kitchen, and the beautiful natural surroundings make it a unique and rejuvenating destination, perfect for spending quality time together.
Optional Services
To allow each guest to choose only the services they require, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price.
• Bed linen rental: €9 per bed used
• End-of-stay cleaning: €240
These services are entirely optional and can be paid for on site.
Guests are welcome to bring their own bed linen and carry out the end-of-stay cleaning themselves according to the instructions provided upon arrival.
A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival and will be refunded after the departure inspection.
An independent cottage can also be rented in addition to the main property, increasing the total capacity to 32 guests.
