Welcome to Just Baskin a modern coastal town home perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Morehead City. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your next Crystal Coast getaway. Whether you are visiting the famous North Carolina Seafood Festival, the exciting Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament, or simply a relaxing beach escape, this spacious townhome places you close to it all.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area designed for gathering and entertaining. The spacious kitchen features a large island, sleek stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of room to prepare meals after a day on the water. The modern finishes and coastal touches throughout the home create a welcoming atmosphere perfect for families and groups alike.
Two of the bedrooms, conveniently located on the third floor, feature luxurious king beds with private ensuite bathrooms, offering both comfort and privacy for guests. The fourth-floor bunk room features pyramid bunks, lounge seating, and a private bathroom, making it a great space for kids or additional guests. Every bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure everyone has their own comfortable retreat.
Located just minutes from waterfront dining, local shops, fishing charters, and entertainment, this townhome makes it easy to experience the best of downtown Morehead City and the Crystal Coast.

2 King, 1 Double and 2 Pyramid Bunks (full on bottom, twin on top)
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
Other notes:
-Guests can park one car on the driveway.
-Additional parking is public parking on Shepard Street and a location by the community pool.
-Pool is open from 9AM to dusk.
-Pool season ends in October weather permitting.
