Villa built in 2021, 200 meters from the sandy beach of Sa Petra Ruja and the pine forest of the same name (Sa Petra Ruja, La Caletta, Siniscola, 45 minutes by car south of Olbia).

Double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and third pull-out bed. Bathroom with shower. Living room with kitchenette. Dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor hot shower, barbecue, and large outdoor space. Air conditioning in every room for a fee.

Sa Petra Ruja, La Caletta, Siniscola, 45 minutes by car south of Olbia). Nearby are Cala Brandicchi, La Cinta, Capo Comino, Cala Gonone, Cala Liberotto, Cala Ginepro, Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Oasi di Bidderosa, Berchida, Orosei, and San Teodoro.
