The villa spreads across two floors, sleeping eight. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower, alongside a living area with a sofa bed and a TV. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each have two single beds and their own private shower room - giving the group a level of independence that larger shared stays rarely offer. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a simple breakfast to a proper evening meal, and a laundry room adds real convenience for longer stays. Air conditioning runs throughout, and free Wi-Fi is included. Free parking is available on-site.

The private heated pool is the villa's centrepiece - open from mid-April to mid-October - with a covered terrace and landscaped garden wrapping around it. Mornings by the water, long lunches in the shade, evenings that drift well past sunset - the outdoor space is designed to be lived in. A barbecue is available as a paid extra.
