Welcome to Jarmen, district of Kronsberg—an idyllic small town in the heart of Western Pomerania, surrounded by diverse natural scenery and many attractive destinations for day trips.

Thanks to the nearby A20 highway, you can quickly and easily reach the region’s most beautiful highlights: the Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom, the lively city of Swinemünde, and the Hanseatic cities of Greifswald, Stralsund, Anklam, and Neubrandenburg. They’re perfect for day trips and varied city tours.
Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy here: Discover the Greifswald Bodden, visit the picturesque fishing village of Wieck with its historic wooden bascule bridge, or explore the ruins of Eldena Abbey.

For beachgoers, there are numerous options:
The sandy beaches at the Greifswald-Eldena beach resort (approx. 20 km), in Ludwigsburg, and at the natural beach in Loissin (both approx. 20 km—Loissin is particularly popular with kitesurfers), as well as at the seaside resort of Lubmin (approx. 23 km), invite you to relax. Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere will find the Jarmener Kiessee (5 km) and Koserower See (15 km) to be ideal spots for relaxing days by the water.

Active guests appreciate the Peene Valley, which is perfect for biking, hiking, and canoeing. Canoes can be rented directly in nearby Jarmen.
