    My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. No welcome drink was provided upon arrival, and the telephone in the room was not working. There was noticeable dampness in the room, and the commode cover was damaged. The lock system was also not proper, which raised concerns about security and convenience. The worst part of the stay was the breakfast, which was far below expectations. To make matters worse, there was no water supply in the morning, and I had to go to another room just to take a bath. Overall, the experience was highly inconvenient and certainly not what one would expect from a decent hotel. The hotel management needs to seriously improve room maintenance, basic facilities, cleanliness, and guest services.

    The hotel is good, but dont fall for the amenities. There is no valet parking as mentioned on Agoda. Even the security guard is not available at the gate; every time, I had to get out of the car and ask someone to open the gate and wait for 5-6 minutes for the gate to be opened. The parking smells like shit. The behavior of the staff was terrible to bear. I ordered room service, food came after 1 and half hour. When I called after 1 hour they said they are going to get prawns from outside. They should not have taken the order if they did not have all the ingredients, or they could have informed me within 10 minutes. When I told one of the staff that I wanted a double bed and I was given two single beds, the staff member made a face and left. One fat guy in the reception should be trained properly on how to speak with the guests. He behaved like he is allowing us to stay for free. Other than the staff's behaviour, the hotel was good; the room was clean, and the bathroom was properly clean. I would request the owner to train their staff or hire new staff to maintain the reputation of the property.
