    I had already paid for this booking online, and it was marked as non-refundable. However, upon arrival, the receptionist initially informed me that no room was available for me. After some discussion, a room was eventually provided, but it was in a very poor condition. The room was unclean, untidy, and did not meet basic hygiene standards. Despite multiple follow-ups, the cleaning provided was inadequate, and the room remained unsatisfactory even after it was cleaned. Additionally, the room I received was completely different from the one advertised in the online photos. The actual condition of the room did not match the description or images shown at the time of booking. This experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards promised
