Great property with excellent staff. Bit far from Ubud centre so having a scooter while staying at the property is the best choice

Loved the feel of 'remoteness' yet handy to scenic walks and conveniences. Lived amongst the locals who fished in the river - beautiful to see.
Unfortunately there is no onsite restaurant, it is 5 mins away and food was average.

Jungle villas amidst bamboo and banana trees. Delicious breakfast served on the balcony. Outside the busy areas of Ubud- tranquil and authentic Bali area. Staff was very friendly and eager to help- went above and beyond. Upper deck, corner room #109 had a great view of the jungle canopy.
Very humid and somewhat musty. Bathrooms needed to be deep cleaned and thoroughly scrubbed down to remove grime.
Neighbors burn things each day so there can be acrid smoke lingering outside so need to keep doors shut. Stairs and wooden deck with moss could be slippery after the rains.

We returned for the 4 th year like the area
Same issues with driveway, musky room, could not breathe had to be moved to another room. Asked daily for toilet paper, it was ridiculous, places need new netting and curtains, never been cleaned. No hand towels, bath towels are so old they are falling to bits, all rooms need to be scrubbed with hot soapy water and some elbow grease, ventilation fans need to be cleaned regularly to get rid of mould.
