Dear customer, please be advised that once you make your reservation, we will send you a pre-registration link where you will be asked to provide a photo of your ID, a selfie, and register the names of all guests staying at the accommodation. Finally, you will need to sign the rules digitally. This is a very important process that ensures the security of your stay.
