The Space
This property spans 313 square meters (plus a garden with a swimming pool), spread across three floors.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room and kitchen equipped with all the amenities to make the most of your stay.
The kitchen includes delicious, high-quality coffee as part of your stay, brewed by a De’Longhi super-automatic machine that customizes your coffee. You’ll have everything you need to comfortably host 10 people.
The large living room features a high-quality 4K TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and more. Plus, there are multiple board games, such as Catan, a poker set, and several others, so you can enjoy relaxing evenings with friends and family.
From the living room, you can access the garden and swimming pool, which are entirely private.
In the garden, there are multiple seating areas, including a full-size foosball table (Spanish style) in perfect condition.
The garden and swimming pool are sunny most of the day, and you’ll find sun loungers, chairs, tables, and more. You’ll also find a covered porch—perfect for hosting large gatherings or working remotely in the mornings while watching the morning sun shine on the garden.
On the second floor, there are four full bedrooms (with three high-quality double beds and two wide single beds) and two bathrooms, and my favorite spot in the house: a huge covered terrace with a large couch and table, plus a recliner, all surrounded by windows, from which you can see the entire garden and swimming pool—a perfect place to read, relax, work, or meditate… definitely a spot with a special energy.
On the top floor, you’ll find what’s essentially a separate apartment, with its own private entrance, a large double bed, another sofa, and plenty of space—slightly separate from the rest of the house. It’s the coziest and quietest area of the house.
The neighborhood is a very safe residential area, just 15 km from the city center and well connected to the airport.
The area has plenty of green spaces and sports facilities nearby (the Cerro del Telégrafo sports complex, featuring a gym, tennis courts, archery, padel, soccer, hockey, American football, a free climbing area, and more—just a 5-minute walk away!
Also, just 1 km from the property, there’s a small mountain with a nice hiking trail from which you can see Madrid (well worth the visit).
But it’s not all about sports and nature—there are also several supermarkets and recreational areas nearby. If you’d like recommendations for our favorite restaurants and bars, please let us know.
The space is separate from the neighbors and free from any kind of noise at night—perfect for celebrations and spending quality time with family and friends in your own villa.
