Discounted rates currently offered, as we hope you’ll be among our first guests at the ‘Westwind on Winter’ apartment in the Brunswick-Topsham area. This is a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, townhouse-style apartment near the Androscoggin River. Two levels, the bedrooms are upstairs.
This property is walking distance of the historic Green Bridge connecting Topsham to Brunswick`s lively Maine Street.
This property is a tidy apartment building on Winter Street with three different apartments. This particular townhome unit is #3 and has its own driveway (parking for two vehicles, stacked) and private front & back door entry.
This is a ‘townhome’ style apartment with the entry foyer, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry on the first floor. Then upstairs you will find both bedrooms, a cozy reading area and a half bathroom. Total square footage approximately 1,200 (see floor plan photo for a better idea of the layout). The bedrooms offer queen beds, plus there are two full-size sleeper sofas; sleeping 5-6 guests comfortably (if needed). Our high-speed internet allows guests to work/study from ‘home’.
The kitchen offers most everything that you might need to cook meals for yourself; pots/pans/utensils/cookware/dishes/cups/etc. Small back deck as well as a propane grill. Paper products, soaps, detergents, and coffee also provided.
Accessible via lockbox, details provided 2-3 days prior to guest arrival.
Owner/manager will only interact with guests as necessary. Available 24-7 for any issues.
Well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. The backyard is accessible to guests, but is not fenced in.
No smoking, no loud noises, no untrained pets. Please be respectful of the house and neighbors.
