About this house rental
The house has a high-ceilinged open-plan living area connected to a living room, a bedroom with two beds, and a loft with four beds. The bathroom has a shower and an additional outdoor shower. But perhaps the most beautiful room is the one that provides the setting for the well-equipped carpenter's kitchen with a small dining area and access to the south-facing cobblestone terrace area. A kind of enclosed space between the house, the adjoining annex and the lightly cultivated natural grounds that lean against the beautiful forest planting towards the water. A small path leads through the forest to the spectacular beach. The annex has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, each with its own entrance from the garden and connected by a door between them, so you can have parents in one room and younger children in the other. There is also access to the bathroom from both bedrooms.
Ordrup Strand is located in the first row in the eternally beautiful Odsherred – right between the enchanting Karup Forest, Veddinge Hills, and Fårevejle Station Town. The area is loved by gourmets, birdwatchers, and hikers throughout the country – and on the international scene, Odsherred is known as the first UNESCO-recognized geopark.
This house is part of the area's very first summer cottage development – built in 1930, it has been thoroughly restored and extended in recent years with respect for the original design. A genuine forest house in a clearing in the woods. Less than 100 meters from one of the country's most beautiful beaches, within walking distance of Ordrup's charming village pond, within cycling distance of superb hiking and mountain biking trails, and within driving distance of Odsherred's charming harbor areas, Dragsholm Castle's refined gourmet experiences, and one historical site after another.
