Cozy little cottage from the 1970s, tucked away in nature close to Alrø by Horsens Fjord. This charming A-house is the perfect place for those seeking peace, relaxation and a taste of authentic Danish cottage life.
Inside you'll find a kitchen that blends the original yellow design with modern conveniences like a dishwasher and a Smeg gas stove. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, sofa bed and a selection of games, books and art supplies. The house has one bedroom and a loft for two people, as well as an annex with a sofa bed.
The garden is a true natural paradise surrounded by many different types of trees, where you can listen to the symphony of birds among the raspberry, blueberry and blackberry bushes and maybe spot the squirrel or woodpecker. There's plenty of space to relax on the terraces, grill dinner or sit by the fire pit under the stars.
The area offers plenty of activities. Take a kayak, surf or subboard trip on the fjord, explore Amstrup Ege and Sondrup plantation, cycle over to Alrø to eat at Alrø Købmandsgaard or Møllegården, or head to Odder and visit Fru Møllers Mølleri to buy local treats.
