The 32 square meter cottage has an open and well-planned floor plan with a large living room that accommodates both a kitchen and a sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The modern bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and a washing machine.
On the spacious southeast-facing terrace, you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to birdsong from the adjacent nature reserve. The natural 300 square meter plot provides plenty of space for relaxation, and the wood-fired sauna is perfect for cozy evenings.
The area offers plenty of activities, from wonderful sea bathing and fishing to walks in the nature reserve. A bakery, grocery store, and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. Djurönäsets spa is only 3 kilometers away, and Stockholm can be reached by direct bus in 55 minutes.
