This place needs a deep clean, it's kinda gross.
The male volunteer with braces gatekeeps the ac in the shared room. He will randomly turn it off as a sadistic control.
You will have to beg him to turn it on and I believe he enjoys it.
You will wake up sweating.
They have no lights on in the kitchen.
Terrible common areas on the first floor.
No hot water 90% of the time.
If electricity is costing them so much maybe close your business or charge more.
The only good was the roof top areas. However the one decent volunteer was forced to sleep there or on the couch in the first floor common area taking up room for paying guests.
I don't recommend this place.
