PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with lift access, directly facing the Croisette.
From the entrance, a corridor distributes the various living spaces.
The living and dining room face the sea, offering direct views over the Croisette. This space includes a lounge area, a dining area, and access to the terrace through large French windows.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
- A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm)
A shower room with WC, as well as a separate bathroom with WC, complete the layout.
The apartment has retained its original character, with period furnishings and an atmosphere faithful to traditional Cannes residences.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: 5 minutes on foot.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
