Cocoonr offers this charming 48 m² flat with swimming pool, which sleeps up to 4 people, to rent in Saint-Raphaël.
Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 10m x 4m swimming pool (shared, unheated), open from April to October and secured by a code as well as a fence
- A 6 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
