Welcome to our modern and spacious apartment in Salobreña, located in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex on the sunny Costa Tropical. A place where you can enjoy sunshine, tranquility, and the Mediterranean lifestyle all year round.
Whether it’s a family vacation, a winter getaway, or a workation by the sea—our apartment offers the ideal setting for a pleasant stay any time of year.

Thanks to its mild climate, Salobreña is a wonderful destination not just in the summer. While it’s cold and gray in Northern Europe, here you can enjoy pleasant temperatures and plenty of sunshine.

Families are warmly welcome here. For small children, cribs, high chairs, and toys are available. The complex features a communal pool with a children’s area, and there’s also a playground and sports field in the immediate vicinity.
Ideal for workations and extended stays
Would you like to combine work and relaxation? Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, a quiet setting, and comfortable amenities, the apartment is perfect for digital nomads, working remotely in the south, or extended winter stays.

The apartment combines modern design with a pleasant atmosphere. The well-thought-out floor plan offers both privacy and plenty of space to relax together.

• Master bedroom with a double bed, built-in closets, and direct access to the balcony
• Second bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children or friends
• Both bedrooms have their own bathroom
Upon your arrival, the beds will be freshly made and towels will be provided.
Living Room & Balcony
The bright living area invites you to relax. Enjoy meals together, unwind on the sofa, or open the large doors onto the spacious balcony.
From there, you’ll have a view of the green courtyard and the pool—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things:
• Induction cooktop
• Oven and microwave
• Large fridge-freezer
• Coffee maker, kettle, and toaster
• Washer-dryer combo
Common areas
As a guest, you have access to:

Use of the facilities is free of charge. Please note that opening hours and maintenance work are beyond our control.

Salobreña Beach is easily accessible on foot (about 20 minutes) or by car (about 10 minutes). In addition, a private underground parking space is available to you.
