About this house rental
The heart of the cottage is the lovely kitchen-dining room, where the fireplace warms up the room nicely.
The living room is adorned with a mix of grandmothers' embroidered pictures, flea market finds from Rødvig's local shop and simple but functional furniture.
In the bedrooms, you won't find much more than the bed you'll be sleeping in. There's plenty of room for rest and relaxation, but just in case there are curious little ones in the room, let them look under the bed in the children's room. Here they will find toys for all ages and interests.
The garden is full of cozy little nooks and crannies where adults can enjoy a glass of wine on one of the many benches and children can play treasure hunt, cave or swing. The garden is completely fenced in, so children can explore and adventure in the wild garden with strawberry paths and scrub without the adults having to worry about them running away. In spring there are wild garlic in the garden, and as we move into summer there are also rhubarb and raspberries. All year round there's oregano, thyme and of course rosemary. We always have homemade rosemary syrup in stock for drinks and desserts.
Without a doubt, the Rosemary House invites you to experience all the good things that cottage life has to offer. You can go to bed with the window ajar and listen to the sound of the waves, and first thing in the morning you can light the wood-burning stove and take your coffee into the garden. Let the peace and quiet settle in.
The cottage offers firewood to light the fire on arrival. If you need more firewood along the way, this can be arranged with the host.
